At Vitality Adult Foster Care Home Co, it is our purpose to provide needed care for adults who require assistance with daily living but do not need 24-hour nursing care or institutionalized care. We primarily serve the following groups; Seniors who require assistance with daily living tasks and seek a home-like environment for aging in place. Individuals with physical or developmental disabilities who need mobility support, social support, and personal care assistance. Adults with mental health conditions who require a structured, supportive, environment to improve well-being. And Veterans and vulnerable adults who need stable housing and community integration. We pride ourselves on serving populations that have a need for assistance with personal care, protection, and supervision.

In providing personalized care to each resident. Our care includes 24/7 personal care and supervision in a home-like setting. Assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Medication management and coordination with healthcare providers. A safe, structured environment that supports mental and physical health. Community integration programs, ensuring residents remain active and connected to local services and events.

We believe that each individual should receive care tailored to their specific needs. We are excited to offer the community quality, affordable care in a family-like setting. Our goal is to offer services to adults, especially low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities, in an effort to bridge the gap by offering a compassionate alternative to nursing home care. In this effort, it is our mission that our resident’s will maintain dignity, independence and a high quality of life. We believe everyone deserves a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment, regardless of their financial or health circumstances. By serving those in need, we contribute to a healthier, more inclusive community.
